Use the age, length, material and other supplier specifications shown on each product page to narrow the range. Because feel and fit are personal, launch rackets remain unavailable until a physical sample has passed our checks.

Descriptions are based on the supplier listing and our assessment of the source material. Colours, packaging and small cosmetic details can vary between supplier batches; contact us before ordering if a particular feature is essential.

Rackets, strings and other fit-sensitive equipment may be visible while we assess a physical sample. We only publish them for sale after checking the received product against its listing.

Orders are dispatched the next business day, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or bank holidays ship on the next working day.

UK orders are sent with tracking. The delivery option, price and current estimate are shown at checkout before you pay.

As soon as your order is dispatched we email you a tracking number and link. Account holders can also view their order status from the account area.

Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Email [email protected] with your order number before sending anything back.
